It is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction is Worms.

Should one or more provisions of this terms of use become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid or void provisions will be replaced by new provisions which contain the meaning and purpose of the old ones in any economic field.
